I worked with 1st Los Angeles Mortgage for my refinance.  They got me a great low fixed rate and the process was easy and smooth.  There was an issue regarding some paperwork I needed from the city and Sam Jenkins went to the city office and took care of it.  No other company that I know of would do that.  I was very impressed with the professionalism and support of their staff.  I recommend them to anyone I know that is buying or refinancing property.  I will definitely use them again!
